EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) offers you a nurturing and confidential space to heal from unresolved conflicts, emotions and past events. By reprocessing those painful experiences and tenderly caring for your wounded self, our aim is to significantly reduce the emotional weight they carry and cultivate deep healing. This healing journey will empower you to move forward in life with increased resilience, enhanced emotional well-being, and a profound sense of inner wholeness.

EMDR Therapy for Individuals and Couples
As a certified EMDR therapist, I am here to support you in not only processing and healing from past traumas but also in addressing those tender attachment wounds and providing comfort to your younger, wounded self. This personalized approach allows you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, set meaningful goals, and develop effective coping strategies. Through sharing your stories, challenges, and life experiences, therapy becomes a ritual space for you to release what isn't serving you and connect with your inner wisdom.
In our EMDR sessions, we'll work side by side to unlock the vast healing potential within you. I will be by your side, offering my insight and reflection along the way, supporting you in your journey to cultivate meaning, deepen your sense of purpose, and improve your relationships with both loved ones and yourself.

Do you accept insurance?
I don’t but as an out of network provider, I can offer you a coded superbill for reimbursement.

I recommend all my clients call their insurance companies to check their coverage for out of network mental health providers before establishing care.

Do you have any sliding scale
I do provide "superbills" for you to provide your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company prior to meeting with me if you would like to determine whether they may reimburse you for our sessions.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

Getting a good faith estimate
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

Disputing a bill/invoice
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
